The Architect Hotel - Washington

Generally, truly enjoyed this excellent value accommodation with competent staff despite the best efforts of the Reception staff. Downstairs bar was lovely👌

Facilities were very nice, though Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything was great, incredible location near to Washington, all attractions and cool restaurants/bars, and nightlife, comfortable experience. The rooms with a bath and a bedroom, as for instance were gorgeous and compact. The hotel was fairly clean with helpful and pleasant staff.

Take advantage of the cozy common areas for meetings or relaxing. It's less crowded and comfortably set up for informal gatherings.

The queen room was clean and well-maintained. The tv was good. The shower pressure was excellent. The front desk was super helpful and friendly. It's in a prime location, close to attractions.

The room had a cozy corner with a comfortable couch that became our favorite spot to relax after busy days. The staff was friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed.

The breakfast options were limited and could be improved.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially being so close to all the museums and parks with our grandchild. The room was quiet, and we appreciated having a clean and spacious area to relax after our adventures around DC. Great location for family fun!

In my wife's opinion, the hotel lacked a pool for kids. It would have been fantastic to have a little splash zone for our grandchild to enjoy while we unwound from the heat of the day.

I loved the old-school charm of the building, with its quaint decor and cozy feel, made it so inviting! The room was clean, and the modern shower felt luxurious after a long day of exploring. Plus, it's just a short walk to major attractions, so you can easily soak up all the city has to offer!

The downtown setting made accessing the national mall easy. The room had excellent lighting and multiple outlets for charging devices.

The local eats are bomb! Just a hop to Post Pub for the best brews and bites. Julia's Empanadas will take your tastebuds on a joyride. Staff here is also super chill and attentive.

Sure, the hotel is bare bones with basic coffee and no frills. That loud air conditioner doesn't help. But even with essentials missing, the lively area and cute vibe keep it shining.

We visited the National Mall and the Smithsonian, both super close. The room was clean, cozy enough for our group, and the staff offered great service. Plus, we loved the easy food options nearby. Just a heads up, parking can be tricky at night, so plan ahead!

We had a bit of trouble with the nearby metro stations feeling unsafe at night, made us stick with UBER instead.

Had a lovely stay! The shower was totally dreamy with its fantastic water pressure, and the room, while quirky, was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the large, well-appointed bathroom!
